At Classic Whimsy, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Simply ensure your items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to receive a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
